💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• After dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

• We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product does not match the description or specifications.

  • Manufacturing defect found and reported within 3 days of delivery.

Note: Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• No refund for:

  • Customized or cut-to-size products.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch.

  • Delay caused due to third-party logistics.

  • Minor differences in color, finish, or size within accepted tolerances.

4. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• We may request photos/videos of the issue to validate the claim.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will arrange return shipping.

• In other cases, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
