1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

2. Refund Eligibility

Manufacturing defect found and reported within 3 days of delivery.

Note: Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will arrange return shipping.
